Asian Sticky Pork is another very quick recipe. Sometimes, when I’m home alone, I don’t like big chefs and I make myself a quick meal. You don’t have to go shopping specifically, just look in the refrigerator. I had a piece of pork in the fridge. But maybe because I’m so used to Chinese cuisine, steak doesn’t excite me anymore. I love to indulge in little bites! So I made a sticky sauce and cooked the meat in it! It went really fast!

This is another quick Asian recipe Sometimes, when I’m home alone, I don’t want to spend too much time in the kitchen. I usually make something quick and easy! You don’t even have to go shopping, a quick look in the fridge is enough. There was a piece of pork in the refrigerator. Maybe I live too long in Asia because I hate having a whole piece of meat on my plate. I like to eat small bites! So, I made a sticky sauce to cook with the meat, and the dish was ready!

for one person:
1 piece of pork fillet is about 120 grams
½ TL chili powder
salt
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 slice of ginger, grated
Some chopped parsley
Some oil
sauce:
2 tablespoons soy sauce (gluten-free)
½ Turkish lira of sesame oil
1 Honig
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon cornstarch
2 E.L. Wasser
Cut the meat into cubes and sprinkle chili powder and a little salt. Mix the sauce ingredients together. Heat a little oil in a flat frying pan and fry the meat well with garlic and ginger. Mix the sauce again, pour it and mix well quickly! Let it thicken briefly, then sprinkle with parsley or fresh coriander and serve with white rice.
