This pocket pie recipe is a homemade adaptation of Jollibee’s tuna pie, with slices of white bread replacing the pastry crust. It’s a crunchy hand pie with a cheesy tuna filling and a crusty breadcrumb topping.

  6. Carefully add the baked patties in a single layer to about two inches of hot oil and deep fry until crispy and golden. Remove from pan and drain on a wire rack.
